Biscoff Brownie
Serves: 8
Ingredients:
2x eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 C biscoff + 1 Tbs for top
1/3 C brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C plain flour
1/3 C cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
Sprinkle choc chips
Methods:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, vanilla, biscoff, sugar, and salt until well combined
Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder into the same bowl and mix well until combined.
Pour into a baking pan and sprinkle the choc chips on top, dollop biscoff ontop and swirl in.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let the brownie cool a little before placing on a cooling rack.
Cut into 8 square and serve with yoghurt or ice cream.
