Biscoff Brownie

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

  • 2x eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1/2 C biscoff + 1 Tbs for top

  • 1/3 C brown sugar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 C plain flour

  • 1/3 C cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Sprinkle choc chips

Methods:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, vanilla, biscoff, sugar, and salt until well combined

  3. Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder into the same bowl and mix well until combined.

  4. Pour into a baking pan and sprinkle the choc chips on top, dollop biscoff ontop and swirl in.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes.

  6. Let the brownie cool a little before placing on a cooling rack.

  7. Cut into 8 square and serve with yoghurt or ice cream.
