Choc Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, mashed

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 3 headed Tbs natural yoghurt

  • 1/3 C milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1/3 C brown sugar

  • 1.5 C plain flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/3 C choc chips

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

  2. In a bowl, combine banana, cinnamon, yoghurt, milk, sugar, vanilla and sugar.

  3. Add flour and baking powder and mix until combined.

  4. Add choc chips and mix in.

  5. Pour into a loaf tin and bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes.

  6. Let to cool before removing from tin and place on a cooling rack.

Tips:

  • Serve warm

  • Swap choc chips for blueberries for a blueberry banana bread
