Choc Chip Banana Bread
Ingredients
3 bananas, mashed
1 tsp cinnamon
3 headed Tbs natural yoghurt
1/3 C milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/3 C brown sugar
1.5 C plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 C choc chips
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, combine banana, cinnamon, yoghurt, milk, sugar, vanilla and sugar.
Add flour and baking powder and mix until combined.
Add choc chips and mix in.
Pour into a loaf tin and bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
Let to cool before removing from tin and place on a cooling rack.
Tips:
Serve warm
